All our products are made to order, which means that every piece of furniture is made as soon as you place an order. This means that your order will arrive after 10-12 weeks.
The moment order is placed you will have immediate real-time access to order status details via your Lifestyle Home My Account > My Orders dashboard.
Your complete order history will be available on this page – including the status of pending and complete orders

You can return your order as long as it is in the exact same condition it was received in. Change of mind returns will incur 25% handling fee as well as a courier fee which will be charged on customers account.
