Shipping & Delivery

Lifestyle Home takes responsibility for your package and its contents up to the point of delivery.  If your parcel goes missing or the contents are damaged upon delivery, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you.

Our picking, packing, and delivery timelines are dependant on your order contents and delivery location – so delivery times may vary. Your order status will be updated as follows from the moment we confirm your order up until the time it is delivered to you.

Order Confirmation
As soon as we receive payment we will start processing your order. You can track the status of all your open orders under My Orders in My account. Please note all products are made to order and will be delivered to your door in 10 – 12 weeks. 

Please note that we only deliver to Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban & Johannesburg.

Processing
Lifestyle Home Inbound Lead Time refers to the time taken to get the contents of your order from suppliers to our warehouse:

55-70 working days from a domestic supplier.

Parcel delivered

Once we receive proof of delivery from FedEx we will close your order and mark it as delivered.

National Lockdown

As per government regulations we are limited to the sale of essential products during this period. Due to safety precaution measures taken at our warehouse, all essential products are in stock and will be delivered in 2-3 days. Please note that the delivery times apply to the 21-day national lockdown period only.
